Wow! You sure are knocking yourself out in attempt to deflect from Trump!

If he isn't worried then why lawyer up.
President Donald Trump has hired a Washington law firm to send a letter to a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee saying he has no connections to Russia, White House press secretary Sean Spicer said Tuesday.

Comey damaged the bureau’s reputation with his cowardly whitewash of Hillary’s mishandling of classified information using an unauthorized private email server.” What ranking democrat has Comey indicted for the misdeeds that were committed by the Obama administration? Oh yeah. his was a "scandal free" presidency <sarcasm>...

Comey was a democrat fixer.

Wow! The President of the United States is 'lawyering up'.

I guess Trump really doesn't care about optics.

Democrats are screaming timing.... but the Russian narrative was taking off before Trumps inauguration. If Trump fired him straight up it would look like a cover up. The other point is that the FBI director reports to the deputy Attorney of the US. He assumed the position only 2 weeks ago.

Like any good CEO, Trump is letting people he hires advise him. The Deputy recommended Trump fire Comey and Trump did.

Other way around, I think..Trump had decided to fire Comey..and instructed Rosenthal and Sessions to draft a letter.
