got to love the liberal logic. notes written during Comey's tenor as FBI director become his "own personal notes" after he leaves. there are more holes in his story than swiss cheese.
Point?
Public property of the White House became private property of the Clintons!

Maybe Trump should charge him with "leaking"?
Or Congress. He wrote them. They were not classified. He has the right to reveal them.
You think the guy who knows law far better than any of us do - would intentionally break the law and admit it during the hearing and millions of Americans?
Think, Dbones.
People intentionally break laws alllllll the time. Why? Think, think.
If he did this in the private world, he would be fired, sued or both.

Such as? This is a case of he said/she said, none of us will know what was said in a closed door meeting between the two men. At best this is a case of who is most believable and if there is a pattern of abuse of powers. Trump was impugning Comey's integrity with his firing, the guy isn't going down without a fight, so here we are in front of Congress. Simple as that.

That was debunked long ago and completely irrelevant to the subject matter anyhow.
"There was nothing illegal about the Clintons keeping personal gifts that had been given to them in the White House, but the $190,027 total price tag of their final year’s haul elicited criticism, which the former first couple sought to stem by announcing they would voluntarily pay for a portion of those gifts, an amount totaling $86,000."
"Many of the gifts the Clintons are taking with them are from Hollywood figures, Democratic donors and a wide array of friends and associates, including his Georgetown University classmates."
"The president is allowed to keep foreign official gifts if their worth is under a certain threshold; gifts whose worth is over the threshold belong to the people of the United States and must be purchased at fair market price from the General Services Administration. No such limitation applies to domestic gifts, although the law requires disclosure of each individual gift valued at more than a minimal amount ($260 as of the end of Clinton’s term of office). The law also states that federal employees, including the president and first lady, may not solicit gifts."
Shocking to hear that a FBI director leaks memos to the media. Comey with his 7" showed us what a "little" man he is!
Incompetent director!
To me this shows that President Trump was correct in his firing. The fact that he would do this shows to be he should not have been the director of the FBI.
