LOL. They know they will get crushed by the angry Americans they are supposed to represent. They know how unpopular this health bill is.

Quote:

Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell will force a vote on the GOP’s massively unpopular and harmful health care repeal bill as soon as next week.

That leaves little time for senators to gather input from the people they work for.

But rather than rushing home to talk to their constituents, every single GOP senator appears to be avoiding them.

That’s right. Exactly zero Republican senators will hold town halls with their constituents this weekend.

Town Hall Project, which closely tracks town halls with every member of Congress, further reminds us that “34 out of 52 Republican senators have not held a single town hall this year.” That’s two-thirds of the entire GOP Senate caucus.

Zero GOP senators find the courage to meet their constituents ahead of health vote

They face angry liberals who are paid to disrupt town halls, not constituents. Remember this is the summer of resistance.

Of course. To quote Hillary: they are the party of death.

What absolute total nonsense.

You are parroting liberal media mantras. Scare tactics. Typical of all who don't even TRY to understand what is in the bill and how healthcare coverage is being revised, according to the plan, in phases.

How soon we forget. They're probably worried about getting shot at by demented Democrats.

Whether they met with the constituents before the bill was introduced isn't the same as meeting with them before it is signed. I believe at least a couple of ours are holding town meetings in the next few days to week. And my heart goes out to these reps. I have seen what has happened in the past few months with open meetings. There are protesters at everyone, not even allowing the elected officials to talk. Obviously s good number of the audience is being paid to stir up trouble or they would rather raise HELL than bother to vote. Cause had they voted the GOP side would not have carried our state by such a large majority if at all. This reminds of a meeting I attended just a couple of days ago on a different subject. It had to do with plans for an activity room here in our community. Half the people attending only wanted to push for things they wanted which had nothing to do with the topic at hand that day.

How can that be?

Republicans keep winning elections. Just this week,
  • GA06 - Suburban Atlanta - Republican beat well financed Democrat
  • SC05 - Suburban Charlotte - Republican beat Democrat for seat that Democrats held for 100 years until Obama.
This speaks for itself. No leftist news rag needed.
