The funny thing is this: the very committed and staunch conservatives in this country having been complaining that the so-called "TrumpCare" proposal was nothing more than a slightly altered version of ObamaCare; or "ObamaCare Lite" if you will.

Conservative radio talk show personality Mark Levin has been ranting and raving that the GOP is caving in to the Washington establishment and is coming up with just another ObamaCare with cosmetic changes.

There are elephants in the room . People wanting freebies , Medicaid & subsidies , & they will not reelect politicians that limit those freebies so in some states the politicians that vote to limit those freebies won't have a political future . Obamacare was ill conceived & unsustainable but the leeches don't care as long as the freebies last . They'll scream bloody murder when Obamacare finishes swirling down the toilet though . People like that couldn't care less that we're passing trillions in debt on to our children & grandchildren . They can only think , what can the government give me [ NOW ] .

They should. Liberals and only liberals passed this living abortion. Liberals should fix it.

Otherwise it will drown in its own red ink.

Repeal is the only way forward.

Tell us how liberals can fix this. They have no power to pass it.

Yes, Obamacare has problems.

Only problem is that all of conservatives' alternatives are stupid and even less workable. :-). So what does that say about you guys that you have had seven years and even with majority in House and Congress and still can't get your **** together?

Obamacare could be made better, but everyone knows that's not on the table. How do you expect "Liberals to fix it" when GOP holds majority and cons will oppose all the fixes?

Kind of a stupid position to have...first oppose liberal fixes, then whine that liberals aren't fixing..

There are 'Pubs who think the ACA gets it right in certain areas and don't want to throw the baby out with the bathwater. It's a valid point -- keep what works and change the parts that need fixing. Just because the bill was dubbed "Obamacare" doesn't mean the plan is 100% bad. It's the all or nothing thinking that creates these problems. When egos take the front seat, the people of this country tend to get screwed.

The GOP's spectacular failure at trying to kill Obama Care is the best entertainment blockbuster of the year!
It's not funny to see the nation tear itself to pieces in the name of partisan politics.

A nation which places priority into tearing down what others have built in the name of partisan politics has no direction, and no future.

It may be funny to our enemies like NK and Russia (Trump's ally, but enemy of US), but its not funny to me.

No need to tear down something that's collapsing on its own .
