I've seen reports that the victim intends to press charges against the woman. If true, I give him credit for that because he's probably already a pariah on the campus.

Exactly. The staff should have immediately ordered her to return the property or the campus police would be called. But instead they offer her a safe space? What a joke.

The whole thing was a joke. It sickens the hell out of me. That scene should embarrass anyone with basic common sense. That poor stupid girl is in for a long hard life if she can't deal with a good damn ball cap with a political opponent on it.
