Not true, we should be very proud of it. If you are a value to others in this country and you work hard and focus, you are highly likely to be among those who make good money and have a good life.
True wealth is reserved for those with talent and skills that most do not possess. That's a fact now and will always be a fact. But a good life with plenty of money is available to anyone who makes good decisions.
You as a foreigner have no business determining what our federal laws should be. Again why can't you just mind your own business and stick to the problems within your own damn country.
You're like the guest that gets invited over to someone's home for dinner and then complains about the food and then suggests that the homeowner change the color of their house all the rooms in it and demand that they buy different furniture. The United States of America is not your house. GET OVER IT!
We are not Canada and do not need your laws or system of government in this country. We are a Constitutional Republic, not a parliamentary democracy and a constitutional monarchy such as you are.
You like your system of government, fine. How would you like it if we started demanding that you change it to suit ours?
You seem to have difficulty in understanding that conversations on the internet, and someone actually interfering with US policies, are two different things.
Let me break it down for you.
PEOPLE DISCUSS ALL SORTS OF TOPICS OUTSIDE THEIR POLITICAL JURISDICTIONS ALL THE TIME, ESPECIALLY ON INTERNET FORUMS.
Does that molded piece of plastic look like something a 3d printer is incapable of, given the level of complexity 3d printers are currently capable of? Does it look like something that couldn't have a metal mold created to fabricate them on a large scale?
Knowledge and technology are out there, in the public domain. There are dozens of resources on the regular web that give detailed instructions on all sorts of bad things. FFS, McVeigh got a good chunk of his idea out of a single book. Do we outlaw books and knowledge too?
Yes, it is such a simple tool that banning it will be probably be pointless but, hey, this will make the antis feel better...
Start with a 100 year plan and keep it going. No more guns manufactured after a certain date.STRONG BUY BACK PROGRAM.
CLOSE THE IRON PIPELINE.
Not going to work. People love guns in America. No more guns manufactured after a certain time? That will just create a black market. We already have felons who can't get guns, but get them anyway. Some people are gunsmiths and know how to build guns from scratch. And a strong buyback program will not stop people who are adamant about keeping their guns.
They are part of the problem.
But you could confiscate every gun and then people would be going on the internet and learning how to build bombs. Or they would use knives. Or whatever. People who are determined to kill, will kill.
True, people who are determined to kill, will kill. But why would one go on the Internet to learn to build a bomb when they can just steal a gun? Why would I walk, roller skate, skateboard, bicycle, Uber, taxi, bus, train, or ride an airplane to get from Point A to Point B when I can just jump in my car? Few things kill as many innocents easier and quicker than a gun. People who are determined to kill, will kill, but nothing makes killing a no-brainer like a gun.
