Gun free zones don't mean a thing when you can carry a gun without checks into that zone. A federal law is needed so that the laws are exactly the same state to state.
They are. It's a Federal law that felons aren't supposed to possess guns. Just look at Chicago to see how that plays out in real life.
As far as I'm concerned they can get rid of it....almost no gun owner care about full automatic fire....is pointless and wasteful for the hobby....
I don't suppose you have the sales figure for a piece of plastic injection moulding that must have cost something to develop, market to "almost no gun owners wanting them"?
Don't allow gun manufacturers or ammo manufacturers to operate in the United States, ban the importation of foreign weapons and ammunition, and have cops stop and frisk and permanently confiscate and melt down every gun they find.
That would be the only realistic way. Of course very few people would go for that, I'm just answering your question
Very nice Comrade! You would fit nicely in North Korea.

How are you going to check EVERY gun free zone? Metal detectors everywhere, wanding, x-ray to get into every city?
We already have a Federal Law the states agreed to a long time ago that states have illegally disrespected. It is called the SECOND AMENDMENT. Please read the Constitution.
]You are wrong. many Americans, more than those who oppose, would go for it[/b]. I will for any candidate, regardless of party, who runs on the above, and promises to bring a bill to the floor when elected. Many will do the same.

Yes, because most Americans are law abiding citizens and it would take some time before they woke up and realized, what they let happen.
My favorite part of this hypocritical stance was when the NRA blamed the Obama administration for allowing bump stocks to be sold.
