I am concerned that war is now inevitable and it's a question of whether it happens now with millions of deaths or in some years hence with tens of millions of deaths. I think this guy has it about right, worth the read.

Scary stuff.
One can only hope that Little Kimmie, as crazy as he is, isn't crazy enough to actually attack the US or any other country for that matter....knowing that we would obliterate him and the entire country of North Korea.
I don't see any military buildup of the strength that it would need to invade North Korea I suspect in private conversations between President Xi Jinping and President Trump that an invasion will force China to come to NK aid just like they did in 1950's. China has also made it clear publicly to NK leadership that they will not come to their aid if they attack the South Korea or Japan. While we might see a lot of chest pounding not going to lead to much, and NK will have nuclear weapons have to be contained. I think there is a good possibility that China has assisted with NK's nuclear weapons program secretly to solidify the future for the Hermit state also solidifying the future of the communist Chinese government.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has accused the US of seeking to provoke North Korea into stepping up its nuclear missile programme.
He rejected a call by the American envoy to the UN Security Council to sever ties with the North after its latest ballistic missile test.
Russia argues sanctions do not work and advocates negotiations instead.

Speaking on a visit to the Belarussian capital Minsk, Mr Lavrov asked whether America was actively seeking to destroy North Korea.
"One gets the impression that everything has been done on purpose to make Kim Jong-un snap and carry out further inadvisable actions," he said.
And NK isn't Japan and has done nothing remotely close to Pearl Harbor.
But that is exactly the threat.
