There you go again, being intellectually dishonest.

The Constitution is a legal document, with specific language assigning limited powers to the federal government to do specific things. Neither you, nor anyone else has the authority to “paraphrase” into existence additional powers.
While the Constitution is a legal document, its also has ambiguity built into it, being a compromise struck by disparate groups represented at the Constitutional Convention. Since you claim expertise, you must recall that at the end of the Convention, Benjamin Franklin submitted a closing speech in which he admitted that while it wasn't a perfect document, it was the best that could have been produced.

I’m still searching for that Marxist/Orwellian flavored “provide social order” stuff. To be blunt, the preamble assigns no powers, nor specifies any particular actions to wit such exercise of power has been authorized. What specific power is granted to the government by the language to form a more perfect union? The answer is, NOTHING. What is a Union? What constitutes “more perfect” ... more perfect than what’s? Do you think you could go into court charged with failing to secure the blessings of Liberty? Keep in mind, we’re talking about a LEGAL grant of specific powers. If that point is lost on you, you need to read the Constitution, and pay special attention to the 10th Amendment, which I will “paraphrase” properly for you, which states that any powers not specifically delegated to the government are reserved to the states and the people.
Nice rant. Since you started with your invented claim of "Marxist/Orwellian flavored" concepts that you are desperately attempting to pin upon my words, and then devolve into a number of hypothetical questions, everyone can safely ignore your mental thrashings exhibited here.

Given your confusion thus far, I think we need to work on a lot before tackling the Amendments.
Hardly. Sorry if I don't validate your narrow and slanted views on the US Constitution.

If Obamacare were even a halfway decent program-you wouldn't have to punish people to get them to participate. And you're right-the GOP does have 8 years, or perhaps more, to come up with a better plan. Now that Obama is out of the way it should come around pretty quickly. Remember that it took Dems 2 years to pass that mess. Perhaps they should have read the bill to see what was in it.
The GOP just did that for this entire year. They weren't even able to agree to a plan amongst themselves.

"A blue wave is coming in a big way"

"Sweet dreams baby"

As long as the dems depend on group think politics, identity politics, pit one sect against another and only deal in name calling and emotion, they will not go anywhere.

Those OPINION predictions were based on O Care.

Now that the mandate is removed you need a new deck of cards to play the game.

And? So what!

So did the W, Bush tax cuts and it was extended by Obama.

There is NOTING to stop the president at that time do the same.

Is the glass half empty or half full?

You are either an optimist or a pessimist.

When dems are in control YOU are an optimist.

When repubs are in control YOU are a pessimist.

Around 85% of Americans got the health care insurance through their employer.

It wouldn't take too much to to something for the others.

Small businesses and organizations, etc, can NOW get group rates.

Sadly, I'm not so sure about this.
The Rs are terrible at getting their message out to the public.
The Ds control most of the media, our education system, our entertainment industry and most of social media.
Americans are highly indoctrinated via the out-of-balance control liberals have.

A perfect example is -- studies showed that 80% of Americans will receive a tax break from this bill.
But liberal fake news was so intense and prevalent ("it's Armageddon!!!, thousands will die!!, only the rich get tax breaks") that only 17% of Americans think most Americans will get a tax break. They think it's only the rich who get a tax break -- none for the middle class or working poor.

And that's on the shoulders of the democrats because they refused to participate.
It takes 60 votes to make it permanent.

" How much stronger do you want it,"

I want it STRONGER Vthen it is NOW.

We are at one of the LOWEST points in military readiness then we were BEFORE WWII.

Less planes, less ships, etc.

Do to the sequester budgets have been CUT.

We have so few planes that our pilots CANNOT practice as they should in order to keep themselves at a prime condition.

We have been raiding flyable planes for parts to repair othne planes.

Your lack of knowledge on the subject is evident.
