So foreigners are driving up from Mexico and attacking Americans at their own political rallies in California. Wonderful third world future.
We have around 11 million undocumented immigrants in the US, according to Pew Research 28% are from Mexico, so it's unlikely that they would have to drive people up from Mexico to demonstrate. Oh and your video...I saw some blacks and some whites beating on each other but I didn't see anyone waving Mexican flags participating or engaging in violence.

? They were everywhere. You can see them at dreamer rallies.soccer matches, immigration rallies. usually the only American flag you see is being burned
Then you aren't paying a damned bit of attention to anything I have written. Your ancestors are precisely the type of people I've indicated WOULD be French!!! If you weren't so keen to virtue signal and play the part of world citizen/I embrace everyone with love and acceptance, you'd see that. Please don't lose the plot.
Also, re: your history of ancient tribes and barbarians is nice, but for the past several hundred years the French identity has been established. And it does NOT include just any old person who happens to just live - or be born - in France. The French are not unique in this regard. To deny that across the world there is an ethnic/historical/racial component to identity is just absolutely ignoring reality.
After all, you can be damned sure many in those videos from the attacked policewoman run around identifying with and calling themselves Ghanian.... or Moroccan. Or Algerian. And not "French" when asked, "what are you, ethnically?" Nationality? Sure. French for geographical and benefits purposes. But identity? Non.
THIS is a bunch of people who follow the teachings of a pedophile goat herder warlord who happen to live in France and who come from places in the world that haven't contributed a damned thing to science, art, medicine or innovation in the past... oh.... 500 years or so:
These people will never, ever be true Frenchmen so long as they cling to the very backwards and failed cultures that necessitated their move to France in the first place. They are first and foremost citizens of the Ummah engaging in Hijrah with no interest in adapting to French cultural norms and mores. That's the way it's always, always always been. Charles Martel understood this. Afonso Henriques understood this. Ferdinand and Isabella of Aragon knew this. Jan Sobieski knew this.
Marine Le Pen knows this.
Merkel, Macron, Junker, et al believe the above images can survive when the below images become the majority and more commonplace across Europe. They are ****ing idiots.
If you import garbage religions, cultures and ideas, don't be surprised when things start to stink in Paris and across Europe. France is France and everything we like about France exists BECAUSE it has NOT embraced Islam and is considered the pinnacle of secular, open society. But open societies risk being over-run if they don't guard themselves and resist normalization of third world culture. Islam is a cancer to its host. No country becomes "more free" as it becomes "more Islamic." The opposite is true.
FRENCH is first and foremost, an ethnicity with a history tied to the French land and culture.
I do not become Chinese ethnically if I move to China and became a resident or citizen of China. Even if I learn the language. If I have children with a non-Chinese, in China, my children are still not ethnically Chinese, even if they are citizens of China. Being Chinese means something beyond "citizen within certain geographical boundaries." Chinese will never ever ever accept me as a "Chinese person" regardless of what passport I hold. Because I am not Chinese.
It's why you can be an AMERICAN Chinese, despite never having even visited China, or speak the language. So long as your ancestors are rooted in China.
The only places you can become something other simply based off your country of residence or citizenship is in the Americas.
Why can you not grasp this concept? Are you that untraveled and uncultured?
You're completely wrong. France has since the dawn of time been a nation of immigrants and multiple ethnicities even inside their own borders. People from overseas territories have been French for centuries. Even Algeria became a part of France when the US was 40 years old.
Most Europeans have at least one immigrant great-grandfather/mother. Some right-wing nativists in the US romanticise the idea that the European nations are somehow racially "pure", which isn't even remotely true. People and borders have moved in Europe since forever.
We have a saying in Europe that half of us are descended from Charlemagne. And technically it's true.
In demographics a generation is usually set at 25 years. A century of ancestors means that every person has 16 great-great-grandparents. A century more and you have 256 ancestors. Since 1776 there has been 10 generations. 1024 ancestors. That all of them would be ethnically "French", "Swedish", "Italian", "Polish" or whatever is close to impossible.
20 generations (500 years) and you have over 1 million ancestors.
Nobility in Europe have a bit fewer ancestors, as they married their cousins, sisters, whatever for centuries. But it only reinforces the point. The last king of France - Louis-Napoleon III - was French-Italian-Breton-English-Martiniquais Creole-German. And probably more. If not the king of French is "ethnically" French, hmm...
Henceforth an ethnicity is simply a social construct, as there cannot be any racially "pure" ethnicities. So therefore it quite makes sense that you're that nationality what your passport says.
Oh, and if you're unlucky and not an descendant of Charlemagne, you can say you're related to Alexander the Great. Or Caesar. One of those must be a hit.

All of the above is a real romantic notion. You are also again mis-reading and not comprehending what I am saying. You CAN become accepted and ethnically _______ in Europe, despite your ancestors coming from elsewhere. However, you cannot claim French ethnicity just "because" without adopting the cultural aspects of France and French living.
The average French person does not accept a Ghanian as a Frenchman just because they are born in France. They do not accept a Moroccan as a French man just because he lives there. If you believe they do, then you are wrong, or you travel in very liberal circles who probably consider themselves "post-nationalist" anyway. The types popping up who consider themselves "pan-European" now, attempting to create a continental ethnicity.
(Basically, it's the Germans trying to drown their guilt and existential ennui into a greater fabric and identity so they don't have to think they're Nazis anymore).
More importantly, the Ghanian and the Moroccan will always appeal to their "ancestry" and will similarly not ethnically identify first as French.
The Syrian who lives in Paris but only lives among his community and marries other Syrians.... is not going to be considered a Frenchman, and that's the MAJORITY Of the reason why there's always such issues between "French society" and the "immigrant communities"... because one resists assimilation and the other doesn't view them as equals or "French" as a result.
