Buffet and Gates will benefit enormousiy from this tax cut far more than any middle class worker, both have been critical even though they benefit to a large degree.

Narrow-minded and short-sighted. Any gain you have now will be taken away down the road when the deficit balloons and they come after medicare, social security and other programs that benefit you and your community. The workers' acquiescence is being bought off with crumbs so the wealthy can have the cake.

For those of us in high tax states, we may very well have to pay more when we file our taxes because SALT is limited to $10K, and the increase in the personal exemption won't be enough to offset that.

Also, the tax cuts on personal income sunset after a few years while the corporate cuts are permanent. So if you paid attention to what was said on stations like CNN, that's what they were talking about.

But hey, this is the country that elected trump. So people are probably stupid enough to be happy with an extra thousand a year to keep voting GOP. And when their taxes do increase because of the way the GOP wrote this bill, they'll find a way to blame Obama.
Please don't put FACTS in front of these people. FACTS are Fake News, eh ?

Well that $12 billion is not his annual salary and that's what you pay taxes on.
We pay taxes on INCOME, not wealth and his taxable income is $100K.

Warren Buffett Slams Trump Tax Plan:
And you think they shouldn't ? We don't tax wealth in this country. We tax INCOME.

And your link is from October and says people making $50K would be paying more taxes.

It sounds like perhaps you have some respect for Warren Buffet (aka the 'Oracle Of Omaha'), and no I don't own any Berkshire-Hathaway shares.

Warren Buffet wants to raise tax rates on billionaires..do you?

I thought the tax cuts were only for the rich?

Well I haven't seen any extra money yet. In fact don't even make AZ minimum wage. A drive an airport shuttle van and they pay me a small commission of the fare. Christmas is our busiest time, and there were noticably less reservations than last year.

But, after this current semester in school I'm making my move into entry level IT work.

No. I think our government is too bloated with too many overlapping programs.
Get your house in order first and then see where you stand with tax revenue vs spending.

Example..We have 7 different government milk programs..each program is funded and staffed with people.
One is called the "Special Milk Program" to give milk to those who don't qualify for any of the other six.
How stupid is that ?

Same thing with higher education..several different types of loans and grants and each is a separate government department fully funded and staffed.

At some point you have to stop feeding the monster and cut back on the bloat and overlap.

And for a much as Buffet says "tax me more" there is nothing preventing him from writing a check to the US Treasury.

What changed from the moment Obama was celebrating about how much 40$ a month meant to each family?

"Obama will point people to a new section of the White House website where they can “share what a $40 paycheck means to them.” In addition, he’ll urge them to make use of a new Twitter hashtag, #40dollars."

The media, even FOX has no memory of Obama's claim that 40 dollars was a significant boost for families. Compare Pelosi's claim that a thousand dollars was hardly worth bending over to pick up off the sidewalk to Obama thinking 40 dollars was a windfall.

What planet do these people live on?

FOX needs to do better archival research. Whoever they have now is missing so many opportunities to balance out democrat claims.

Dems still rely on journalists to pretend yesterday never existed.

Really?
