Because they are Illegal Aliens, regardless of what Obama named them. You can call a Bank Robber an Angel, but he is still a criminal that broke the law. What part of "Illegal" don't you understand? Didn't they teach you that word in school, or didn't you pay attention?
No, I went to Catholic schools. Illegal wasn't even a word mentioned. It was all about God accepting all of us as his children. It wasn't about where we came from, it was about acceptance. So you can smack your own head. Anyone who truly believes in God was not taught about discrimination. They learned that on their own and blame it on their christian beliefs which is very hypocritical.
All it takes is for another liberal President to be elected like Obama, and everything you said goes out the window. ICE will be reduced in numbers and told to look the other way. It's happened before and it will happen again.
The wall is not a 100% solution but it's part of the big picture. All the things you mentioned are part of the solution. Unlike other things you talk about, the wall is permanent and can't be taken away by another President once it's built.

Besides the wall is ending birthright citizenship being discussed? that absolutely needs to end.
Not only that but how did they communicate with their parents by not knowing the native language of their country? Parents also teach their kids their native culture also so what's the big deal? Their parents certainly didn't know English or American culture when they came here, did they? Yet they adapted enough to survive, didn't they? People often move all over the world and adapt also. These lame excuses that "this is the only country they know and grew up in" holds no merit at all. Only 1/3 of these dreamers were brought here before the age of 6. Give me a break!
Another thing, most of these dreamers are of Mexican heritage. Mexican culture and the Spanish language are alive and well in this country so they are exposed to it every single day so again, what's the problem?

Odd lot we humans are, we only value lives that we choose to value, otherwise, those other humans are just a statistic and disposable.

Every job an illegal works is a job that an American doesn't have. Every illegal in a college means an American is NOT in college. I live in Central Mexico and have owned a home here since 2008.
There is an estimated quarter of a million illegal US expats in Mexico. Came in on tourist visas and never left.
I know many in our little village....and so do the locals.
But they are not hunted down by the MXN authorities. Now, if they were to do something illegal, yes, they are subject to expulsion. But overall it's alive and let live situation. Most of the illegal US expats I know are elderly, have no family in the US and have not been to the US in 20+ years. Instead of being cast as criminals by MXNs, they are pitied and allowed to stay.
They probably dump billions of dollars into the Mexican economy. Minimum wage in the United States is wealthier than the vast majority of Mexico. Doesn't the average person make like $5 a day down there? When a rich American retiree tips $5 when having lunch at the local cantina.....
IN about 90% of the cases where they show a Dreamer on TV, it is someone who is clearly more Mexican than American. Most of them are NOT culturally American and speak with clear Mexican accents. Im the son of LEGAL immigrants who is assimilated and adopted American culture and speak English without any accent except Southern. These Dreamers are much more at home in their native country linguistically, culturally and ethnically (most of them are filled with "brown pride" Mexican pride, and the belief in Aztlan and La Raza).

DACA recipients care about others. Not a concept familiar to the alt-right alt-white trumpers.

DACAs are selfish people who have no moral compass. They only care about themselves. If they cared about others, they would have worked to correct their immigration status once they turned 18 1/2. They also would have thanked the US for allowing them to get a free public education. Did you even know that when foreign exchange students come here to go to high school, they are required to pay tuition? These are students who are legally here on a visa. It's despicable that illegal aliens, who have no business being here, get a free education while legal students have to pay.

PLEASE do your research. They do not have any path to citizenship because they were brought here illegally. The only way they could have done so is by going back to their country of birth and applying. Yes, that sounds logical but THINK. Many of these people know nothing about the countries of origin so it makes sense they wouldn't have gone back after being in the US for 10, 15, 20 years. The only home they've known is America.
They can go back to their own country, live with a relative to establish an address. Then apply to go to college as a foreign student. If they had a moral compass, that's what they would do
It's BS that they know nothing about their own countries. They learn the language and the culture from their parents.
