Sure you can. But the guns and firing systems will need to be disabled. And you'll need special permits and special tires to drive it on public roadways. But by all means. . .
But remember, only paranoid gun nuts think the government is gonna ban their guns.

This bill proposes to ban ALL semi-automatic weapons, which includes a vast majority of pistols. And lest one think this bill represents an outlier position proposed by someone way out in left field... 150 Democrats have signed on.
ETA: Actually it only bans semi-auto pistols with a "military-style feature," whatever the hell that is.
