If they find who it is and go to get him/her, do you think his home is booby-trapped?

Snarky political comments like this do nothing to help the situation.

One bit of good news: the Goodwill employee who was injured has been released from the hospital - apparently the burns on his hands were minor.

It was an old war memento, like a very old hand grenade or flare.
Cops are speculating, cleaning out a deceased elder person home, that was a war vet that had them stored and those cleaning out, didn't know what to do with them.

I don't know if whoever is doing this (they/them/he/she) got the memo, but Texas is about the last place on planet earth you want to be pulling stunts like this. Capital punishment capital of the world.

Maybe they won't ever get caught, or maybe 20 years from now, who knows.

I heard they have a suspect in custody. By the video, the suspect looks Caucasian - pics of him mailing the packages.

Now reporting the suspect was shot - dead!

Austin Statesmen says FedEx gave investigators “extensive evidence” about two packages, and the person who sent them. Hopefully, they just nabbed him.
