Is there any limit to the bizarre twists a liberal will go through to try to take stuff away from others?
The entire purpose for communism and its kissing cousin socialism, is to take stuff from some people and turn it over to others. In other words, theft and distribution of stolen goods.

They also try to do the normal governance things, in an effort to pretend they are a normal government. But the glaring injustice of their main purpose overshadows any normal taxation (meaning, levying money to pay for the legitimate functions of government) and regulation.

Why does anybody with a shred of morality want to be associated with the word "socialist"?

The Communist Takeover Of America - 45 Declared Goals

You are about to read a list of 45 goals that found their way down the halls of our great Capitol back in 1963. As you read this, 55 years later, you should be shocked by the events that have played themselves out. I first ran across this list 3 years ago but was unable to attain a copy and it has bothered me ever since. Recently, Jeff Rense posted it on his site and I would like to thank him for doing so.
All I read was a list of guests on his program. Yes, I remember Jeff Rense from back in the 90s, one of the early internet conspiracy theorists with UFOs, government conspiracies, and what not.

Current Guests - The Jeff Rense Program This is the list of regular guests I read, which includes

David Duke (That alone is enough said, but let's look at another one)

Johnathan Emord, Constitutional Patriot Atty (anything with "patriot" in it, I immediately suspect; especially when David Duke appears on the same list, but let's look at one more)

Madeline Gerwick, Financial Astrology & Reading For You

rense.com Even his front page has stuff like "The Stargate Chronicles", featuring discussions about...

Rense UFO-ET-Black Ops Disclosure!
2-1-16 .. WW2 German Flying Saucer Technology (podcast)

In closing....seriously Mouser, do you really expect me to take that 45 point post seriously? Or anyone who doesn't already take him seriously?

Rense isn't a serious investigative talkshow host, he's a conspiracy theory sensationalist. He makes even Sean Hannity look positive Oxfordian by comparison (and that's saying a lot, believe me, because Hannity is the biggest partisan hack out there, except maybe Tomi Lauren)

Because Socialism is the closest thing to a moral and ethical political system in existence.

There's nothing moral, fair, ethical or just in socialism. Next to communism, it's the second worst and most evil system ever invented.

Name one exception if you can.

Yep. And thriving.

They are not Marxists, which I think is what several of the posters here are confusing it with and painting their views with a broad brush.
