Can you please show me who is mocking these kids ? I haven't seen a single post yet. Although I'm only on the third page. I see many people that don't just take things at face value and actually can see thru to the real agenda.
The real agenda is to finally get politicians to take action on gun reform. More power to them.
Also, as they get older, and actually learn the facts, many will become pro Second Amendment, and gun owners themselves. Right now, they are just dealing in emotion, and the herd mentality.
You can be a gun owner and still want common sense gun reform.
We don't feel powerless. We are contacting our elected representatives on every level, and organizing counter protests to retain our Rights. There are no "changes" being made. You may get a couple of meaningless, feel good laws on the state level that won't do anything. These kids will move on the being concerned about their Tweets, video games, or other things kids do about 20 minutes after the protest when they are no longer needed by Bloomberg, and Soros.
No one is trying to take your rights. Get over yourself.
What would these children know about securing human life? They only thing they know how to secure is their smartphones. They have no knowledge of guns, or the current gun laws in place, nor do they have a full grasp of the real world; they're just children! children being used as pawns to push a gun grabbing agenda.
High school kids aren't children. They are young adults with a mind of their own so stop with the nonsense about them being pawns.
What do they know about guns? Have you been the survivor of a mass shooting where 17 of your friends were killed? When you have, get back to us. Give me a frickin' break.

Not one of these so-called mature kids explained in detail how they're going to enforce is door to door gun grabbing ban, and infringe on a persons inalienable right to protect themselves.

Look at the 60s and other eras when people protested. Sometimes it just has to be done. More power to them.
I have no problem with them wanting to be disarmed and virtue signalling the world that they are.
What I have a problem with is them demanding I think like them. Which will never happen, so they wish to use force to make me comply. Good luck, they are disarmed.
