Cohen has been plenty pleasant about this whole affair.

My guess is that they have a lot of info from the already cooperating witnesses and Cohen either has already made a deal or is negotiating one to join their ranks.

Which is likely what has Trump so spooked.

The willful denial we see in many of the Trump supporters here is incredible.

They need to believe that the entire Justice system including hardcore republican members are colluding to destroy Trump.
That is 1000s of people with each and every single one working to collude against Trump. It would take only one or two to expose such a collusion... yet in mind of trumpers somehow magically not one single American patriot exists in the FBI, CIA etc... not a single one..

the denial is strong with trumpy folk, very strong in indeed...

It's called brainwashing. His supporters are weak minded.

Probably a prenup that allowed for screwing around with no legal consequences. How could any woman believe that this POS would be monogamous and why would anyone imagine that Trump would not protect himself.

i'd be curious to see how client/attorney privileged played out in that scenario.

yesterday a trump supporter described cohen as trump's "former" attorney. i'd be interested to know when cohen legally was/wasn't.

i'm not sure that could be a legally binding clause. you'd be asking a witness to remain silent about a crime ( as archaic as the individual law it may be )

I believe that the contents of a prenup agreement in conjunction with a marriage contract would be totally up to the individuals.

Exactly.

This is an investigation in search of a crime, not a crime in search of an investigation. Having found nothing about "Russian collusion," an impossibility if there ever was one, they are now deep into porn. While I did not vote for Trump, as a practicing lawyer I am against a repeat of Watergate, with FBI agents replacing the likes of Gordon Liddy et. al.

You are a practicing lawyer and have not been able to follow along how and why this particular warrant came to be and by whom? That is really hard to believe...
