I'm becoming very worried about these trumped-up shamings and charges against people for very minor things. Was she injured? Did it interfere with her work? Did she have endless anxiety attacks?
Forcible touching? How vague can you get? That's like when some stranger kindly grabbed me to keep me from falling.
Personally I have never intentionally touched a womans butt unless it was a woman I was involved with. Its totally inappropriate and IMHO it always has been.
So as long as she is not hurt, her job is interfered with or had anxiety attacks any sort of touching is ok? Its not the action but how the woman reacts to it is what counts right?
What if this was your wife or daughter. No big deal? Strange men can grope them if they choose? Its just a minor thing?

So if you were falling, grabbing your butt would stop you from falling?

but this is what the liberal metoo crowd wants. they dont care about the aftermath and how it affects society at large.
but this is also a crime on the books, and if someone objects to being forcibly touched, they should report it, and it should be investigated.
Speaking of grabbing women's butts to keep them from falling, Bush I has a habit of saying his favorite magician (or book, depending) is David-cop-a-feel, then grabbing the nearest woman's rear end.
Quite a few have reported it and Barbara Bush has reportedly said he's going to end up in jail if he doesn't stop it.
Seems to happen as women are posing for group photos.
A slap on the butt deserves a slap back on the face, not criminal charges. And no I'm not condoning slapping a stranger's butt, no matter how juicy it looks. I'm just saying the punishment should fit the offense.

Nope. He broke the law and she was correct to take legal action rather than taking the law into her own hands.
If she had chosen to go by "turn about is fair play", however, a knee in the groin would be the appropriate choice, not a measly slap in the face.
