If somebody is proud of displaying the flag of a foreign country, then maybe they should go live in that country.
For the last freaking time, Puerto Rico is not a foreign country. Do you get mad when you see people displaying a state flag? Good grief.

To most people, that is a foreign entity.
Hawaii was an entirely different country before we made them a territory and eventually a state. Does wearing a Hawaiian flag or speaking Hawaiian make you a foreign entity?

Uh huh. And when someone wears a Brazil soccer jersey during the World Cup, dobyou fly off the handle? Get a grip.

The dude was super drunk. While I don’t think he should’ve been arrested, the officer should’ve led him away & diffused the situation.

Puerto Rico is part of Latin America, in every way that matters.

It is culturally, linguistically, demographically and socioeconomically different from any state in the U.S.

Wearing a shirt featuring the flag of Puerto Rico, a U.S. territory since 1917, is really not all that different from me wearing my favorite t-shirt, which features the flag of Colorado. Although she was handling the situation beautifully, I'm glad somebody had this woman's back. The officer was completely useless.

So is Hawaii. They're still part of the United States.

Wait - were you in that video?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure had this fool encountered my husband wearing his Arsenal jersey, he would not have had the temerity to act so aggressively. He's a jerk with a big mouth who's eventually going to get himself into a world of hurt when he starts that act with someone who isn't as patient as the woman in the video.
