Simply telling it like it is. That's something you libs can't stand.
Not hardly. Just fake hysteria over...what, I'm not sure. This was a Senate confirmation process, when a crime of sorts had been alleged. Very orderly process. Normal questions asked. It was unpleasant for everyone. Not sure what he was hysterical over.
But what seems to be the case is that he was putting on a performance for Trump (Graham is to be the new AG, I'm sure). He had pledged loyalty to Trump, not the law, which Trump requires, as we all know. So he had to put on a show for Trump, to show he "tells it like it is," like the boss would do. Except w/o the cussing, vulgarities, and name-calling that Trump does. He also wanted to be sure to be on the news later.
But what will happen is that his speech will be shown years later, of how hysterical the Republicans got over the process to work through allegations of sexual assault, showing how the Republicans would not deign to even be questioned about it, or it would be considered an assault on them. The arrogance, the condescension, the fake anger, over the top claims of ruining Kavanaugh's life....without any mention of the very credible victim, who was obviously telling the truth.
Because they don't knows why all they knows is Trump picked him, which is actually funny because he was picked by The Federalist Society and Trump took marching orders from them...

Kavanaugh’s Confirmation
The process to create a conservative Supreme Court majority started a generation ago, and can’t be derailed now.
You pretend to be asking for facts, but then spread gossip that you've seen elsewhere. That's transparently bogus.

So what .... She made a character reference for a job interview. If you want a guy who almost raped a few girls in HS on the supreme Court fine. I don't. But it's not a trial.
Yep, most of this is political, no doubt about it. But if these crimes really did happen and Kavanaugh is lying through his teeth, how can you live with yourself and the Republican politicians who want to vote him in? Why don't you guys just choose another nominee? Why take the chances with this one individual?
Because there isn’t even the remotest evidence this happened at all. And what, precisely could they do that hadn’t already been done? The only, and I mean, only evidence Ford provided was the names of the people there. To the person, they did not have any recollection of this party and in her friend’s case, said she never even met Kavanaugh with or without Ford there.
And why not back down? Are you serious!?! The only evidence we know so far shows him innocent of this allegation and you think the best move is to let him be painted a sexual predator just in case? Wow. That’s 100% illogical.
