.

Of course the very fact that they DID engineer this to exclude rational evidence that would cast doubt on Kavanaugh's truthfulness means he will always be a stained Justice on the Supreme Court
But they don't care abou that

The GOP has proven over and over there is no moral center even as they try to claim the moral high ground.

Susan Collings 40min whitewashing of Brett Kavanaugh mentioned how destructive the Democrats' actions were in protesting Kavanaugh's appointment and pointed out that Garland and Kavanaugh have like a 90+ % overlap on their judicial decisions---but she never once objected to Mitch McConnell's refusal of processing Garland's nomination by Obama...
And Collins was vehement about pushing Al Franken out of the Senate w/o any kind of Senatorial hearing when his accusers came forward ---so one rule of "law" for Franken, a Democrate, and a totally different examination of character for Kavanaugh... That seems par for the course...

Her hypocrisy is going to cost her the Senate because she won't run again...3 millions reasons and growing...
Maybe she feels she wouldn't have anyway because of her age or other factors--she can lie to herself all she wants---but lying to the people of America just won't fly this time...

Oh lookie, another that before the this FBI investigation was started, they were the greatest ever with trump/russia, now the FBI sucks because they did not do their job.

What was this narrow "scope" the left continues to talk about, provide a link....not your opinion, I Want to see where this narrow scope came from....

That's a technique used on preschoolers to get them to pay attention. Are the protestors no more cognizant than 3 or 4 year olds?
No, it’s a technique used to talk to a large crowd to make sure that the folks in back understand what is being said in the front.

Watching the paid protesters is a lesson in democracy; mob rule. This is why our Framers gave us a Constitutional Republic.

Chants of "November is coming!" Yes, it is, and we will not forget how this mob treated an innocent man and how Democrat lawmakers participated, claiming "there is no right to a presumption of innocence." Perhaps not in a dictatorship, or an Islamic country. Kavanaugh's accuser was not credible, and her "witness" refused to corroborate her claim.

In the America I live in, a person is assumed innocent until proven guilty. That is one of the most basic tenants of our system of jurisprudence, and it applies not just in the court room, but in all cases where one is being accused of a crime. Kavanaugh has as much right to this presumption of innocence as anyone else, and he had more witnesses who vouched for his good character than his accuser could find to support her claim.

This was a political assassination attempt. These people who claimed to stand for women couldn't care less what they were doing to Kavanaugh's wife and daughters. They are expendable. This is the hypocrisy of the mob mentality.

No, it's a technique used on preschoolers to get them to pay attention. If a crowd's leader/director thinks they're dealing with those with the mentality of 3 or 4 year olds, they'll use it. Otherwise, the leader/director just uses a megaphone, microphone, etc., and asks for those who have any questions to come up and ask after the directions have been given.

Oh please, I've been in large crowds and never seen this. These are adults and it is disturbing to say the least

Naaaaah...that'll never happen. Kavanaugh considers himself lucky and won't tempt fate again on this...otherwise he truly is an idiot.

Thank God, it failed, thus America won.

In a few hours we will have our newest SC associate.

Although as a conservative women I understand why women who have been assaulted or know we are easier targets are angry I am against their trying to make BK pay for an assault by someone else. I support BK nomination.

But we should not forget that assaults on women is a real problem. Making it worse listen to the rap music lyrics and you hear the disrespect and bad treatment of women. There are assaults on women in movies, in pornography, even in games. Yet the left held up a stripper as a hero. If the left really wants to do something about assaults on women maybe they (and we) should protest the constant portrayal of it.

If you wonder why women are so mad, read about our thoughts and actions we have to take daily for our safety below. We always have to be aware where men don't typically think about it like we have to.
