So, you are good with pressuring a witness to lie?

NO clue what you're talking about...really...

She was afraid and has health issues to deal with. I think that she was being encouraged to come forward and speak the truth instead of "I don't recall.". But I understand her fear given the violent nature of Kavanaugh and his supporters. Like I said, it is Kavanaugh's lies under oath that ought to be at the center of the issue now.

Not every man is a rapist. So, IMO, they need to stop projecting their pent up feelings on anything that breathes. It is getting trashy and disgusting.

It would have been a huge teachable moment if she used this situation to teach Due Process as our American way. Alas, she hasn't the courage for it. I've never viewed her as a Republican anyway.
Rape stats are indeed high in Alaska. More than twice as high as the national average.

And that's just for the ones that reported. Lot don't report, because, really, why bother?

Guy just got off with time served (in an ankle bracelet at his home, no less) for kidnapping a woman, choking her out, and masturbating on her.

There was no question that he did it. People saw him with her in the car.

It's called witness tampering.

No wonder Grassley is fired up.

Default Witness tampering by Dr Ford's former FBI friend

Rush is talking about this. He cited a Wall St. Journal story about Leland Keiser, a former friend of Ford's, being pressured to change her testimony that she was never at the party and didn't know Kavanaugh. Other witnesses were 'leaned on' as well and every Senator has seen this in the new FBI report.
