No, 11 million + illegal aliens that have managed to breach our border without a good wall where it's needed and to stop more from breaching it. Hungry or not no one has the right to enter our country illegally. A few hungry people? Um, there are thousands in that caravan and there aren't just hungry people in it but some bad people also. The ones you called hungry sure didn't look underfed to me either.
And yet in the past 2 years the net outflow of Mexicans exceeds the inflow while the overwhelming majority of illegal immigrants are visa overstayers and people who entered the US by airplane, neither of whom would be affected by a wall unless the wall surrounds the whole country and is so tall it will block air travel.
It would also be helpful if the wall was mobile and able to track down visa overstayers. I would support the funding of that type of wall because it would actually serve a purpose other than making frightened old people feel warm and fuzzy at the taxpayers great expense.

Restructuring the agencies that enforce our immigration laws, including ICE, is not the same as not enforcing our immigration laws at all. The Democrats have advocated for the former, not the latter. I know that nuance might be lost on you.
Democrat leadership used to promote enforcement of our immigration laws, and even voted to build a wall back in 2006. Now these same liars favor open borders, hate immigration enforcement, and hate the very wall/fence they passed into law.
Why can't voters see how they have been played, lied to and manipulated??
