There is no emergency, there is no crisis. Just an obnoxious president that has lied one too many times and now its finally starting to catch up with him.
Ginsberg is probably on a ventilator as we speak so that will be happening soon. I hope he picks the most conservative, abortion hating, gun loving judge he can find and they place him/her with the nuclear option to blow these Democratic Carpetbaggers out of the water.
So, she's now on a ventilator despite the fact that she was up and walking and left her home on Wednesday to go outside?
Odd.

Another thing is my local news is reporting that if it goes to a state of emergency, then some of the wall funds might have to come out of the disaster relief and flood protection money for Louisiana. IN this case this would NOT be a good route. I trust our Senators from Louisiana to fight for us though and they're on very good terms with President Trump. The money can come out of liberal states like California, New York, and New Jersey and also from other areas like foreign aid to Mexico, Planned Parenthood etc. As long as Trump remembers who his base is.
The federal government has a responsibility to provide flood protection in Louisiana and to construct these new hurricane protection projects and to maintain the levees.
I shudder to think, on so many levels, that you are a citizen of America.
Trump will be forced to declare a national emergency to protect the U.S. border. The Democrats will end up looking like idiots because they opposed Trump on this fundamental security issue.
This will be the political miscalculation of a generation.
Trump declares a state of emergency to get funding for the wall, the government that is closed, hopefully reopens, the democrats take him to court over the appropriation of funds, Trump loses in court, he goes on the warpath and demands funding in next year's budget and we are right back to square one and where we are today with another shutdown on October 1st, 2019. And around and around we go, endless cycle.

What makes you think the Supreme Court is not going to uphold securing the U.S. border from illegal entry?
Sorry, but the Democrats are simply on the wrong side of history on this one.
""With so much talk about the Wall, people are losing sight of the great job being done on our Southern Border by Border Patrol, ICE and our great Military. Remember the Caravans? Well, they didn’t get through and none are forming or on their way. Border is tight. Fake News silent!"
Donald Trump, December 20, 2018. "
So, what national emergency?
Exactly. And you can bet this would be used against him in court if he chooses to declare the emergency. The man is a moron to the 10th degree. Why doesn't he learn that what he says can come back to haunt you.

I guess we'll have to wait and see what they rule, but do you agree if they shoot it down, Trump will try to get the funding in the next budget and just shut the government down come the fall.
