He was ethnically Middle-Eastern (Semitic), NOT European.
Sorry...those are the facts.
Maybe he had a little bit of Semitic in him, but knowing about the Jewish diaspora, he's likely mixed with some Nordic and Teutonic. Remember, Judaism is a religion, not an ethnicity.

Wrong. Judaism is a religion. Alot of Jews have Semitic background, many don't. Anyway, Karl Marx is as much a part of Western Culture as any other German. Just because you don't like Marxism (and alot of people don't) doesn't make it any less Western.

The only one who is wrong here is you, sir.
I even asked the Jews in the "Ask a Jew" thread in religion and there were no complaints when being labeled "ethno-religion".
I know some Jews and I've never heard them refer to Judaism as an "ethno-religion".
Their Talmud probably forbids them for telling you.

Well Latinos themselves are mixed with majority or plurality white and a minority that is Native American (I mean general America’s when saying this) or African. I have yet to here anyone say Latin America is cultures or isn’t diverse even though it is very mixed because culture isn’t tied with race it is tied with ethnicity which isn’t the same thing.
I'm quite aware that ethnicity isn't the same thing as race. Ethnicity is more tied to culture than race.
He was born and raised in Germany to a well established German Jewish family. He isn't anything but European.

This is the strangest argument I’ve seen in like forever.
How long was his family in Germany?
As for the OP, there has been a mixed-race population in this country since before the Founding.
Europeans and Native Americans.
Whites and Blacks.
What’s happening now is the same as it ever was.
Isn’t America great?
I can prove without a shadow of any further discussion that they are their own distinct ethnic group/race:
You can have Jewish "blood" come back in your 23&Me or Ancestry results. That proves they are an ethnic group.
End of discussion.
I have a Jewish ancestor way back in my history.
My mother’s family has been here since the Founding.
Does that Jewish ancestor mean that I am not an American?
