Rush Limbaugh is starting his show now and is speaking to this topic.

While the loss of life in 9/11 was horrific, it was over and it was done. What the Russians are working to do as they have been ever since WWII, is to destabilize our democracy from within. Bit by bit, year by year they continue to chip away at the underpinnings.

Instead of reacting in outrage as we did for 9/11, Americans stupidly and placidly blunder on, apparently so apathetic that they don't even notice that their President is doing nothing to recognize the Russian cyber-threat and make a plan to protect us against further attacks.

You might not agree with Bush's tactics for getting us into the Gulf War, but at least he had a concrete plan to show America's strength to our enemies. Trump on the other hand is working hard to divide us and make us weaker.

Yes, indeed, but maybe, just maybe if obama would have done more to stop it....and not tell his IT team to stand down.....somethings may not have happened.....

Trump said he didn't collude and how bout that it was proved that he didn't. It serves him right, he spent his whole life as a liar and a cheat and when he told the truth nobody believed him. This is what's going to happen to him every time. The takeaway is the leader of the Republican party is so far below reproach that it took a special counsel investigation to ascertain his truthfulness. Sad.

Its not that simple. Barr can ask the presiding judge to allow him to release grand jury information like Ken Starr was approved to do back in 1998. A lot of this depends on how much effort Barr puts into releasing as much as is possible.

But the reality is if there was no collusion it is very hard to push obstruction. It is pretty much DOA. The DEMS should learn from the GOP mistakes during Clinton and take the high road and work on 2020.

He is leaving it to the Trump Administration, our national security agencies and the DOD to have a plan to respond to Russian's aggression. So far I see nada from Trump on that score, instead I see him giving a nod and a wink to our enemies.
Mueller's job is over, it ended with the report, he is no longer conducting investigations.

No future charges or indictments. Spin it however you want Trump won, you lost

pursue obstruction of justice? Mueller couldn't find any evidence of it so you think the House will? And why would Trump obstruct justice if he didn't collude? But Democrats can chase that dragon if they want

and it is not Trump's job to make sure the DNC has better cybersecurity. And he can't ban Russians from using social media

So it comes out that the Dems tried to throw the election and that's your takeaway.

Of course, the Trump supporters swallow the propaganda fed to them by Fox and Breitbart and accept their lies as truth.

Dear.

You have been burnt badly by this. I haven't looked at Fox nor Brietbart nor to I need them to know this was nothing but a witch hunt put forth by the very people who have lied to you for the last 3 years. People who you apparently believed completely without thought or question. People who turned out to be wrong about "Russiagate". Bigly.

So put on those big boy pants, admit you were wrong, take lesson, and move on.

NOPE...the news and left wing pundits are once again, LYING to the public.

READ THE REPORT, instead of listening to TV anchors and commentators...

Barr and Mueller BOTH made it "crystal clear" and are in agreement that Trump's actions didn't fall within the legal parameters of "obstructing justice"

Let's review the report shall we?

Quote:
Over the course of the investigation, the Special Counsel's office engaged in discussions with certain Department officials regarding many of the legal and factual matters at issue in the Special Counsel's obstruction investigation. After reviewing the Special Counsel's final report on these issues; consulting with Department officials, including the Office of Legal Counsel; and applying the principles of federal prosecution that guide our charging decisions, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and I have concluded that the evidence developed during the Special Counsel's investigation is not sufficient to establish that the President committed an obstruction-of-justice offense.
Both Barr and Mueller agree that obstruction of justice DID NOT occur.
