I hear the kid was also holding fresh milk his dad bought from an Amish farmer.

This father is clearly the Al Capone of our time. Straight up OG.
If you don't like it move to Somalia.

Which crowd?

You realize No_Recess is an anarcho-capitalist, right?

Overstepping by the police, CPS, and the doctor.

So were the Gestapo when they extinguished 6M Jews.

Following good orders and questioning bad orders is supposed to be the American way.

This was nothing more than jackboot thugs with guns blowing through the door of a citizen and trampling his rights.

When did doctors become informants to the state?

The whole system is to blame. The doctor, CPS, and the cops.

If the kid died due to an untreated medical condition it would be the fault of the parents.

Make something else up. It's about the topic.

Exactly. Arizona has had a LOT of problems with child services where a lot of cases fell through the crack and bad parents got away with things longer than they should have. This law that was used to remove the children was an answer to that. The big problem I saw was that the parents decided once the fever broke he was fine and when police visited, they didn't even show the kid during the welfare check. People who act like that typically do that to hide something... In this case the SWAT team found ANOTHER sick child. I cannot make up the bad parenting these breeders did. I don't use breeders but they sure as Hell aren't parents. Republican or Democrat, liberal or conservative we must agree that bad parents are a problem and the legal system is the only way to remedy that.

I would believe you but this forum is filled with threads about bad cop not acting.

Remember the child that died while in ICE custody? The father told them the child was fine. This after they took heat for separating families. The child had been treated but later took a turn for the worse. The father didn't act on it by seeking help. The child died.
The thread was filled with people condemning law enforcement. It was also filled with people condemning anyone who blamed the father.

Root cause of Childs death? The Father. But the left needed to blame Trump and LEOs.

In this case. Dr.'s are required to report if in their medical opinion a child is being endangered. a 105 temp is life threatening. Dr made the call. He likely would have been sued by the parents if he didn't call and the child died. Yes that is our society.
Cops are called and told a child is in danger. The parents are refusing to cooperate. I don't know, I have what looks like a SWAT team yelling at me to open up? Yeah I am going to open up and cooperate. Why? Because I don't want to get shot or have my house destroyed.

This is a clear cut case of damned if you do and damned if you don't. Those cops would have had the ACLU and every anti-cop advocacy group up their arses if they didn't act.

And the same people crying foul about the cops getting involved are also the ones who think the government has the right to impose Vaccines on people regardless of the individual's desire. The same people are also big on any state socialism. The same ones also are anti-gun.

They like big government, as long as it's doing what they want.
