A law like that would have to include counselors, obstetricians and all hospital personnel etc., who deal with pregnant girls who are underage, not just employees of clinics that provide abortions.

Beware of unintended consequences: underage pregnant girls will hide their pregnancy and will not seek prenatal care for fear of the police being called in and arresting their boyfriends.....which could also lead to newborns being thrown in a dumpster somewhere so the boyfriend doesn't end up in jail.

y statements are 100% accurate according to Planned Parenthoods 2017-2018 Annual Report. They do way more abortions and fewer "health services" than they present to the media.

Your math is seriously faulty. Planned Parenthood's health services total in the millions, as evidenced by your link. Abortions make up only 3.5% of those services.
