That's one reason people move out of California. I know someone who had a two bed one bath bungalow in SoCal, sold it and with the money bought a large house with lakefront property in Texas.

As long as keeps trying to fulfill his campaign promises and he is one of the few that have in the past 30 years mot of us will put up with his arrogance. BTW this does not make him abnormal. If arrogance does, there are a lot of sick people around here. Sports people, many politicians, lawyers, politicians, and entertainers for starters

His children likely have sealed indictments against them for money laundering and other crimes. Those will be brought by the state of New York when Trump is out of power. He is a life-long con-man/thief who taught his children his CRAFT.
Suicides might be up because Loony Leftists have finally realized the Demwits and mainstream media have played them for suckers for two years, creating fantasies about evil Trump, whipping their audience into a frenzy of fear and hysteria. The media's ratings have plummeted since the Mueller Report but they are stringing along the few zombies who are still watching. Now the Leftists are being investigated!

Why don't people like you write to their lazy Demwit congressmen to ask them to do something constructive for their constituents for a change? Like get a bipartisan infrastructure or health care bill done. I know you'd feel so much better, dear.

Home prices in Silicon Valley are artificially inflated. It has nothing to do with the national economy, and everything to do with the local and state economies. Using Silicon Valley as proof that the national economy is bad shows total ignorance of how housing markets work.

Also, the median household income in the United States is $63k. That's enough to buy or rent a decent home in most markets outside of the liberal bastions. If you live in New York City or certain areas of California it probably isn't enough, but that's due to local rather than national economic policies.

All economies are local! By the way, it is easy for one to "pick a date" and say stocks are up 0-4%. That is somewhat disingenuous. What have they done since Trump was elected? What have they done over the last few months! You can make it look however you want. Most people I know are pretty happy with the current state of the stock market!

If you spent 16 years there you were probably glad to get in also.

I left WV in less than a year and TN in less than 3 once I decided they were not for me.
