Exactly who is it that you think is going to prosecute Trump for obstruction of justice after he leaves office?

The DOJ which has already cleared him?

The DOJ did not clear him. The DOJ has only put on hold what they can do as long as Trump is in office.

If they cleared him it would have been in Mueller's report. It did not.

what part of that he found no evidence of a crime, you don't get?

Mueller reports to the DOJ and his bosses are AG Barr and Deputy AG Rosenstien. If Mueller punted the ball on obstruction, the AG and Deputy AG can make the call. That's their job and jurisdiction.

monumental waste of time trying to make a point that has already been made. life's too short. you can only take so much regurgitated left-speak before it becomes stale. get off the computer and go outside and play. yesterday was a great day for America.

The Southern District Of New York Is Not Going To Bend To The Will Of Corrupt Trump
The Southern District of New York isn’t going to give Trump what he wants. Trump has few allies and virtually none that aren’t tainted or conflicted by his corruption. The SDNY is going to keep their investigations going, and Donald Trump is never going to be able to abuse the power of the presidency to make his troubles vanish.

Where the heck do you think Barr works? You know the Attorney General who cleared Trump?

Geeze Louise.

Did all of y'all skip civics class?

Good, but what's that got to do with the Russia investigation?

Read the report.

Mueller spells it out in page 1-2 why he was guided by DOJ policy that a sitting president can't be indicted. Barr misleads that fact with his summary. The case isn't closed. The report clearly lays out a roadmap. Mueller left it to Congress and he handed out 14 other investigations.

No you need to get a different view then just Barr.

Mueller said he would have cleared Trump if he could have. Mueller could not.

Barr made the political decision to try and spin the report. Now that it is out, Trump should resign.
