Half of the Saudi Royal family were actually in support of Bin Laden and bank rolled him.
They supported Jihad against everyone outside their country. Who do you think funded madrases world wide that kept a fresh supply of recruits going to training camps in Afghanistan.

The Saudis are the biggest terrorists on the planet.

Why, I don’t know. It’s an L for us right off the bat, and a really bad and embarrassing one at that. We can’t win it. The Trump-Bolton-Pompeo troika won’t tell you that, but I thought that you should know.

Tell your president to cool his heels before he gets us into another intractable conflict that we’ll never get out of and can’t win. Don’t know what you guys find so appealing about a Persian version of the Vietnam War on steroids. Guess you didn’t learn from Iraq or our present losing venture in Afghanistan. SMH
More obstruction.

Don't believe the hype, it's the same as the Gulf of Tonkin, Weapons of Mass Destruction, and American students in fear for their lives in Grenada.
But the hype is in according to someone's agenda. War with Iran is on someone's agenda, and they've been pushing it for quite a while.

Who benefits if the US goes to war with Iran?

Certainly not the US. Iran is no threat to the US, nor is Iran even a threat to existential US interests in the Middle East--they don't even threaten US oil supplies. They have not sponsored any attacks on the Americas or in Europe or in Asia. All their military activity has been in their own backyard, just as the US justifies attacks in Panama or Grenada, but they haven't attempted to close any shipping lanes. There is no benefit to the US in going to war with Iran.

But it does benefit Saudi Arabia, because Iran is their primary opponent in the 1400-year-long Sunni/Shiite war. Why would we risk American lives for Saudi Arabia--in a war that doesn't even existentially threaten Saudi Arabia? I's purely an ideological war even for them.

And it might benefit Israel. But Israel is a big boy in the region--they can defend themselves. If the US needs to sell them more beans and bullets, then do that. And Iran has not done any more than rattle sabers with regard to Israel because everyone knows Israel has nukes. There is no reason to expend American lives in a war--pre-emptively, at that--just because Iran is rattling sabers at Israel.

And yet, someone in the US government is pushing hard for this war.

Very well stated, and 100% accurate, this is the exact message that should reach Americans in their homes, but what media source will provide it?

Bolton's favorite Beach Boys song is "Bomb Iran".

Get it?

Yeah, the guy wants his war.

The US and Iran are not going to war with each other. This nonsense needs to stop. Iran is actually a highly developed country considering standard of living. Iran GDP is weak, but that is due to their isolation. Iran should abandon their nuclear program, and in exchange the US should lift all sanctions. We do not want war. Two developed nations at war will spill over and destabilize the world.

Sanctions are an act or war and we have no business forcing countries to abandon their nuclear programs. Imagine if the big bad bully America tried this with Russia or China?
