Why do we spend money on a Secret Service detail for Eric Trump???
Immediate family of all sitting and previous Presidents are protected. I would think that the example of him being attacked by a deranged leftist lunatic in a restaurant should give you the reason why.
And Carter will eat the turkey he shot. Did the Trump bros. eat that leopard they shot? Or did they kill it just for the pure pleasure of slaughtering a magnificent animal?
For one, one of them kills animals and the other killed human beings.
I’m not a fan of hunting for sport either, but I don’t put someone who is, in the same category as a maniac who goes on violent rampages and kills human beings.

I don't support doxxing her.
I don't support the restaurant taking a cowardly stance.
I appreciate that at least some people recognize that this is just the stance of one person and not a blanket indictment of all democrats. (same goes for when a Repub does something nuts)
Lastly I appreciate that Trump didn't press charges, we don't need more petty division.
The people that put money into the go-fund-me are some sad individuals.
Disagree with not pressing charges.
Unless people (using the term loosely) suffer real consequences for conduct like this, it will continue.
If you truly just meant it as “humorous hyperbole”, then why have you been wasting time defending it as something you meant literally?
A better question is: why didn't you recognize it as hyperbole in the first place? Seemed pretty obvious to me.
