A 2017 study estimated that 3.45 million Muslims were living in the United States, about 1.1 percent of the total U.S. population. Ooooh, 1.1 percent. Scary!

Just more of the usual fear mongering on your part.

By 2050, Muslims will still only make up 2% of the US population.
Up from about 1% today? 2%? Last I checked that's 100% growth. I believe that is doubling, but let me check with a Leftist Professor, to get straightened out

Good, we should keep it small as we agree that they are a threat, 9/11, Fort Hood, Boston Bombers, Pulse night club, San Bernadino.

For most Christians, money is their god. That is why "in god we trust" is on the currency.

Fine with me and I'm an Athiest. Definately preferable to the Leftists "In Marx we trust" or "Allah Akbar"

Yes, the Founders were of the protestant tradition of northern Europe, which places emphasis on self-improvement and material well-being. Commerce and trade and economic growth were and are important parts of the American 'religion' with money being central. Nothing wrong with that. Unfortunately, this is exactly what those radicals on the left, particularly the Jihad Squad are attempting to change - i.e. the very fabric of our national history and national life.
