Steve King is prove than reason can escape human beings. My point is that as human beings, we have the ability to reason and think things out. We should know better. Rape might be normal for lions. For human beings, it is criminal behavior.
You can also say that while humans have incredible intelligence, they also have incredible capacity for deceit as well.
