Businesses have been doing that for like forever ... we use to boycott, but we don't any more, because the boycott has been rendered ineffective since the day of business networking, which makes it harder for a person to target their grievances onto one specific company, by way of withhold consumption of one particular product.
VAT is a consumer tax, not a payroll tax, which is the revenue to be used to fund the UBI. So please tell me what you see, as people are saying this is not a copacetic way of funding; far worse than the Fed taking the earnings out of our wages. I don't see it.
