The U.S. lost a lot of credibility today.
The alternative is attack Turkey when they attack the Kurds.
I'm going to take a wild guess that is not in your tool box.

The Kurds fought against Hussein with our backing in the 90's and we deserted them, they recently fought with US soldiers in Iraq and Syria and now that they are no longer useful we are going to desert them. Trump was pulling out of Syria earlier this year them he did a 180 and now he is back to where he was, what changed. Russia and Iran are still fighting along with Turkey and we are backing out.

I have no idea what his plan is, with Bolton, Mattis and the US envoy are all gone, who is advising him.

We wouldn't attack them, it would be sanctions as Trump indicated. Strange that we would put sanctions on a NATO ally.

Not to worry ..... I feel certain that ALL 75 who voted "betrayal" are on the phone right now demanding their CongressCritter vote for a Authorization of Military Force to attack Turkey to "save the Kurds".

A lot of people need a serious Reality Check about what is going on - and what the alternatives are.
You want to stop Turkey ..... VOTE for it and then OWN it.

The reason for the suspension of f-35's was because Turkey installed a Rusian air defense system. Nothing to do with being "the worst of the worst".

Perhaps you need to not completely focus on crying about what Trump does all the time. Maybe find a candidate you like and support him/her. Calling the people who elected him names isnt going to help at all..

I think that is exactly where we are heading ..... when the CongressCritters stop and think.
It's going to take Congressional Approval to initiate Punishing Sanctions on a NATO 'ally" like Turkey.

What will the Do-Nothing-Congress do ....... we will see.
They have an alternative - a new Authorization of Military Force against Turkey.

Any bets on what they will do? It's really anybodies guess.
Mine is they leave town. It's what Do-Nothings do best. Call a Lawyer or Leave Town.
