It's a life. Life begins at conception, that's SCIENCE.
If that is so, the women who don't want to raise a child should be able to have a c-section at any time during her pregnancy and have the baby live outside the womb, right?
It's a life. Life begins at conception, that's SCIENCE. "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness" are rights in the Declaration of Independence.
The constitution never prohibited the people to prohibit, allow or regulate abortions. It was left to the people of the states. That's why you have the 10th amendment.
If you want to jump off a bridge is fine with me but when you are dealing with life other than yours the people in the states have a right to regulate it. That's the 10th Amendment.
A dog is alive; that's science. Does a dog therefore have the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness? How about a fish, or a tomato plant? Hmm. This argument doesn't seem to stand up well under even the most casual scrutiny.
Let me take out the crayons. Like James Wood said: "The Court’s decision today was about neither a woman’s “right to choose” nor the sanctity of pre-natal life. It was about undoing previous political overreach by an activist liberal Court. Decisions about abortion will now rightfully be left to the States to legislate. Or not."
It's a big start to put a stop of judges making laws and overreach their powers by a mile. Let me return the question, why Pro-abortions so upset since they have unlimited abortions up to the 9th month in many liberal states? Many companies said they will pay for the transportation costs. So what's the drama?
So when you need a doctor's appointment do you travel to another state?
If that is so, the women who don't want to raise a child should be able to have a c-section at any time during her pregnancy and have the baby live outside the womb, right?
So why wait after after 5 months to decide they don't want to raise a child? or you don't want any regulation?
The Supreme Court effectively said: "We don't care if you think murdering innocent babies is evil. We've ruled and you can never pass a lot prohibiting it!"
Well, now banning the mass-slaughter of innocent babies is now possible.

Empathy for poor women in red states who will have difficulty obtaining the services they need.
I find it humorous that many upset at todays ruling scream about fascism and how the SC has become political when it merely made the decision to reverse a ruling that even RGB thought was based on faulty reasoning and worried that the basis for Roe V Wade would subject it to continued attempts to overturn it because it WAS based on faulty reasoning.
The conservative SCOTUS judges today were more in line with RBG's thoughts than even her most ardent admirers .
So why wait after after 5 months to decide they don't want to raise a child? or you don't want any regulation?
Where and when did I say that?
