Biden is old, so Paxlovid is indicated. The rebound is not as potentially dangerous as not using the Rx in the first place.

Who has better medical care, 24/7, than Biden? How often do you think Biden was testing? Is Paxlovid "automatic" or "within X days of symptoms"?
Do you think, since the docs know about "Paxlovid rebound" they might monitor symptoms for 24-48 hours to see if they are worse or better before using it?
After reading all of the posts in this thread, I don’t think any of the above is going to change the minds about the effectiveness of the recommended medical treatments for COVID for most of the people here. When you were actively practicing medicine, did you see an increased trend over time for patients to ignore, disregard, or not believe the medical advice you dispensed? It has to be frustrating for practitioners to (1) have to deal with the magnitude of the actual illness related with the pandemic, and (2) then have to deal with increasing numbers of patients who have decided they know better than their medical providers. Must be exhausting.
he hasn't practiced medicine since Covid hit. But he does have a Doctor's perspective.

Where are those accurate "antibody" tests? We've been talking about this for an entire year, and a year ago you were saying "anytime now" they'd be ready.
He said “the vaccinated don’t get or die from COVID.”

Maybe he meant you won't get Covid ONCE, but you will get it multiple times instead?
