All the deals Trump made were investigated by the lenders before they would loan him cash and credit.

If the lenders found no fault, it means they are in disagreement with the LJ and the judge and the letter of the NY law.

Watch NY suddenly change the laws and concede, where there is no harm there is no crime/ basis for a civil suit.

It makes sense to me that businesses would leave New York City, especially if they support Trump. What happened to Trump could happen to anyone. That said, I hope Trump wins the appeal.

No one was a victim, no one was hurt, there were no damages.

Yes, but if New York concedes, Trump will turn around and sue the state for billions, not millions.

I'd be nervous if I lived in NY after this ruling. I work in Real Estate and have given estimates of value based on the current market but I would really be risking everything IF one of the banks actually used my estimate like an appraisal.

The same goes for trading in a car. Imagine telling the dealer that your car is worth $10,000 and he sets up the deal according to that estimate but then when you tow in your wreck to trade it in for the new car it is only worth $2000. According to the DA you just committed fraud and even if the car dealer refuses to pay you the $10,000 they originally okayed YOU could be fined!



After this stupid Ruling Trump should leave the state because they might just charge him with Murder next. They could find him guilty even though no one died.....

Good thing he made his primary residence in Florida. We have homesteading here and those nasty democrats can’t get their hands on his home no matter what it’s worth.
