Stop making excuses.
It comes down to leadership, and all the public figures in the black community are idiots. Remember Ray Nagan, "We live in a ... Chocolate City..."

Well all the stupid folks don't get to go to Yale and Harvard to learn how
to steal trillions,so they just have to be content with petty crime.
Probaly their own fault for picking the wrong parents, as I'm SURE
you would agrre.

That number goes up to 90%+ when whites actually live around them. Case in point=P.G. county, Md. I lived it. 70% of whites that could, ran to the surrounding counties to escape the inevitable we know that would come. That county is now 60%+ black and the stats speak for themselves. I wouldn't move back there if you gave me a house and paid the prop. tax forever. No way.

I very much agree. My town is 50% black and I went to a public school that was 60% black. There is no way in hell I would live in a black neighborhood after the things I have seen. I can turn on my police radio and 90% of the 911 calls and shootings are on the black side of town, draw your own conclusions.

Nor would I , but neither would I blame the victims of racism for
the consquences of same.

Well, then, the problems in America can be easily solved. Have a lottery and appoint government officials at random, and pull the average IQ of the public figures up to about 100. Or are you only saying that all; the N*****s are stupid?

Enlightened self-interest would be the usual term.
Some might argue they seldom fall for the usual B.S.

It means that they like what they see, since 93% of blacks have never voted for a black candidate before
