Yes It's climate change. Global Warming will make some places hotter and others colder. I know that. I just haven't seen any prime examples of places getting warmer. Mainly they've been colder. Indiana has received much more precipitation in the last year than years past.

And the overwhelming evidence- and consensus- points to a warmer, drier earth.

that is weather, not climate. One year of more precip does not necessarily mean anything. The entire premise of the poll is ridiculous.

It should mean something when you are several feet( 6-9 feet) above the normal range.

I believe in both.....Global Warming will lead to a phenomena called "The Big Freeze Theory". IMHO.
