I think it depends on where you live. When I think of gay parades, I actually think more of non-white people than whites, but of course, I do live in California.
Also, look at other countries. Obviously, being gay isn't just a "white thing". The gay pride parade in Sao Paolo, Brazil, is the largest in the world. Unfortunately, this year's event was marred by a bomb that injured at least 21 people, and attacks that, among other things, left a 17-year-old in a coma.
In my city, the population breakdown is 1/3 African-American, 1/3 Latino-American, and less than 1/3 White-American.
Yet, the pride parade here is almost totally White. It's embarrassing for Whites as a people, this is what it has come to...plus also, now the biggest parade in this city is a homosexual parade. Ponder that on July 4. What a joke the US is becoming.
