That sounds just like liberal rhetoric to me!

This data mining website is created to look the way it does and "say" what it says, carefully and deliberately -- they're pretending to "speak the language" of the Base whose email addresses (and maybe names and home addresses) they want.

Do you feel disrespected? You should.

Universal health care is a horrible idea. We have the worlds greatest health care system, bar none. Yes, it has problems, but they can be overcome. Those of you who drink the Obama Kool Aid and spout universal health care likely don't work (or work min. wage jobs) or are stupid. One of the two. Sorry to be blunt, but those of us who really work for a living and have busted our behinds to get where we are don't want to pay for your health needs. Go to school and get a good job, quit whining.

You're a great example of a Roman Catholic...so kind, charitable, and humble.
The weak and frail among us have nothing to fear from your loving idelogy.....

"[we] don't want to pay for your health needs. Go to school and get a good job, quit whining"........as Jesus would have said.

Of course they would do it for free! Who cares that they have thousands of dollars in student loans to pay back and a house and family to support!

I have private health insurance, a husband diagnosed with melanoma, and no issues getting treatment or tests. His tests were run STAT and he was in to specialists within 48 hours. His subsequent Pet-Ct, surgeries, biopsies, etc. were cleared immediately.

An elderly family member has major issues with her eyelids drooping and rendering her blind. Medicare denied her stating the surgery was 'cosmetic'. It took a lengthy battle and attorneys to get her eyelids cut back. It was anything but cosmetic.

Well, bully for you! That is not the experience of everyone.

My daughter's emergency dr services were denied as being out of network, even though that dr. was the only dr. in the facility that night.

At the office where I work, a patient had to get a prior authorization (approval) from the inusrance company in order to have a CAT scan after a head injury. The dr. finally said to do it and he'd fight with the ins. company later.

Numerous prior auths from insurance companies for medications standardly prescribed for certain conditions.

Those of you championing UHC have absolutely no clue what your in for. As previously stated, your the mindless foot soldiers that voted for the dictator we have in office now. The majority are also likely childless, and therefor have never had to think of another human being and their future. The debt alone that this would cost our children is out of this world, not to mention the control it gives to government. The size of government is exploding. As government gets bigger, freedom gets smaller. For some reason you just don't get that. Or maybe you want the government dictating every aspect of your life, telling you what to think, what to eat, how long your going to live..........
