I have a better question, can anyone here validate that this happened during Obama presidency? The video is from TruTV show and not the local news network meaning this is not current.Also being from NY I know that this has gone on for a long time being that my schoolmates and I would also do the same thing back in junior high school. Was it right? no, but this is more of teens being teens then them acting out on their "promise of free handouts".
I, too, am from NY and grew up in Nassau County where this obomination took place. I don't know what area you grew up in, but this type of behavior was totally unacceptable to us as we were raised differently. I currently have children in school in Suffolk, and never would they think of doing anything like what I watched in the TruTV segment
This should not be dismissed as teens being teens. These teens are hoods in training. This has nothng to do with who the president is and everything to do with poor parenting.

The truth hurts a lot, the truth is these punk criminals kids need to be made examples of, anything like this happens again we need to make sure they are punished to the extent of the law.
So Bill Cosby was right all along. Someone has to teach these kids how to be like this and do this in groups like this. Wonder where they learned this at?

The man at the counter to the right seems to have some sort of uniform on. Maybe a security guard or something. And what does he do? Stands there and ignores the entire mess without even offering to stop it or help the store clerk on what to do.
Guess he wanted to turn his cheek for some reason.
I don't think of it as black vs. white because there are a couple white kids in that video. It's kids being typical jerk kids, albeit way more rude than I was when I was that age, but let's just say I'm not surprised by what kids do nowadays.
a few employees wielding AR-15's would have made short work of those looters.
