you know, there is a reason why we vote for these people. there is a reason why not every single issue if decided upon by the American people and is left in the hand of those we voted for. don't vote if you aren't prepared to have those you vote for take some issues out of your hands and make some decisions for you (you in the general sense). vote against them if you don't agree w/ them. they don't always make the right decisions, but then again, neither does the average narrow minded, judgmental, racist, sexist, homophobic fool (but guess who I trust more of the two?)
Um, many judges are appointed, not voted on and there's such a thing as separation of powers for the exact purpose of preventing judicial activism.

I believe in the concept of one God. I don't care about religion, I don't believe in the bible, I don't practice any form of religion I think it's brainwashing dogma.
