Of course, they have a right to their own opinion but why put down others who do not think like they do? I have only heard gays use the term "breeder" for straights but if their mother didn't have them how would they be here?

I didn't know it had gone to the straight community to use that term for people who want children----just like their own parents did. Kinda sad human life has been so cheapened.

Once we started going down the abortion trail this was bound to be the results.
Yup, and we started down that "abortion trail" roughly about 10,00 years ago( or whenever HUMANS appeared on the scene, HUMANS started abortions)....and look what happened!!!!

Hello pot, this is kettle calling!

Seriously though, why is it that whenever we have these discussions about the current state of feminism before long we have a them and us debate. The continous harping about feminists from the 50's and 60's is very tired and non-productive, they fought the good fight, now we have new blood. There is a new generation of enthusiastic feminists out there for those that are interested, and the issues they are addressing are many and varied.

Meet the women bringing feminism to a new generation - This Britain, UK - The Independent

Princeton - Weekly Bulletin 4/30/01 - Feminism: The next generation?

And one of the old guard, my personal favorite Camille Paglia. Her Salon articles are published every 2 weeks, and are sure to ruffle feather, and tick people off, but most importantly start talking:

The equivalent of getting a vicectomy would be a women getting her tubes tied, not an abortion. Abortion is removing the result of not getting ones tubes tied. Although, I do believe that a woman may do what she pleases with her body. It's between her and the father or her and her morals, simple as that.
