After all of the stealing and cheating you probably think that I hold resentment for you but uh uh, oh no, you're wrong 'cause if it wasn't for all that you tried to do, I wouldn't know just how capable I am to pull through so I wanna say thank you 'cause it Makes me that much stronger Makes me work a little bit harder It makes me that much wiser So thanks for making me a fighter Made me learn a little bit faster Made my skin a little bit thicker Makes me that much smarter So thanks for making me a fighter.
The other argument is that it sets minorities up for failure. They get into college with a lower GPA, or they get the job even though they scored lower on the tests - now when it comes time to do the actual work, there's no AA there that makes up for their inferior performance.
I believe there's an article out there that covers the higher college drop out rate for those who benefited from AA (although, correlation is not necessarily causation).
The Whites who make this argument are usually just bitter snobs because they didn't get into the Ivy League college of their choice like Yale, Princeton, or Harvard; you are not being cheated out of anything because there are plenty of good colleges across the country where you can get a just as good education, and find a good job. Not to mention much more affordable. Nothing is holding you back. I'm Black and I didn't get into Harvard, Yale or Princeton or any of those other Ivy League schools and I have a good gpa. And please stop implying that many minorities who did get in did so with a low gpa; unless you are in admissions or have access to every black person's transcript you don't anything.
Most people don't realize Spain is in Europe or that many "hispanics" in America are actually White Spaniards and Cubans. They aren't included in media reports to "scare" White people that they are becoming a minority. People also don't realize that hispanic is not a race.

I'm sorry, your anecdotal rant does not qualify as quantitative data. White Males are racially discriminated against in the form of Affirmative Action. This is a fact.
