What a load of crap! I've read his daddy's tortured attempt to rationalize this argument and its a major fail. To try to argue that you are for the Civil Rights Act yet approve of returning to segregated lunch counters is patently absurd.
And Republicans wonder why African Americans want nothing to do with them.
what are you talking about.he is right companies should hire people by who is most qualified and not by color of his skin.and that is the problem with civil rights act that people are not givin a job to qualified people but are giving to people that are nowhere neat expirienced or qualified for job just because of their skin color and that is not right
GOOD! I was starting to think leary of this guy because of his undying loyalty to Israel. I guess any politician that wants to get elected nowadays has to kiss the butt of AIPAC.

What the hell are you talking about?? What Paul (both Rand and Ron) have argued is that companies should be able to discriminate on the basis of race ethnicity, etc. They believe discrimination should be perfectly legal in hiring, in who people serve at a lunch counter, etc.
What does that have to do with a restaurant refusing service to someone?
If I have to explain that, it's pretty sad.
