That's very good to know, too, esselcue. I had heard that, but had never had it verified. It doesn't surprise me, though, considering all the law enforcement officers that live out here.

Default Settling in

I have a question for you. Over the weekend I was able to catch-up with business in Prescott (Dewey) area. I have plans on calling Dewey my home when I retire. Now to my point, have you felt that some people that have lived in Az. for any lenth of time. are concerned about out of state new home buyers are taking advantage of the poor economics in all of Az.
This maybe true in some circles . But not for me, as a single person to qualifiy it may not be as difficult My .02

I think that people living in AZ would be thrilled to have out of state buyers taking advantage of the current low prices in AZ. That would get the extra inventory off of the market and the prices would stabilize and rise again.
