Gene Smith might have been worse than Millen.

I disagree Millen never led the Lions to the playoffs and was fired in 2008 at their bye in week 4.

Add Ray Farmer the current GM of the Cleveland Browns to that list. This man actually inclined that an elite QB and WR are overrated, and not needed for a team to win.

Al "Senile" Davis.

Every single 1st round pick from 2004-2011 were virtual busts.

Robert Gallery, Fabian Washington, Michael Huff, JaMarcus Russell, Darren McFadden, Darrius Heyward-Bey, Rolando McClain, .... all worthless.

Actually traded up to draft Fabian Washington when Aaron Rodgers was still available. He went to GB on the very next pick. Rest is history. Also had a chance to draft Calvin Johnson but went with JaMarcus Russell, whom he called "a great QB." What a senile idiot he became.

They really aren't but...you best have a Buccaneers or Ravens defense from the last decade to balance that out.

McFadden, Heyward-Bey and McClain may not be 1st round talent today but they certainly are NOT WORTHLESS...

Thomas Dimitrof of the faltering Falcons has to be on this list. His top draft picks have been terrible, hence the terrible team we have in Atlanta.

No team has gone 0-16 like the Lions and Matt Millen led the Lion right into the ditch. His overall record as GM is 31-84. He was fired in week 4 the week after the game in San Francisco.
